I CAN HAZ ART PROGRAMS?





I've noticed a trend in my artwork that I keep mentioning in my comments... I have no concept of atmosphere. O.o srsly. I wish to fix this. Like... immediately. Does anyone have any tips, advice, anything that could help me get some ambiance in dis piece?? I guess I've never really done much with backgrounds unless I was doing manga but I really need to incorporate it into my portraits and scenes... what's the use of drawing a scene with no actual 'scenery?" I mean wtf man.

Shaved my kid's head. Not completely but his collick was out of control. As we're leaving the salon he looks up at me and says, "Mommy.. where is it?" and rubs his head. I told him that he didn't need it anymore and asked him if he liked his new hair cut. He looked up at me, smiled and said, "Don't do that again mommoy."

I was a full member of the Final Fantasy era so I can relate to that. I think that I'll have to play all versions of the game now just to get the feel of it. I'd hate to only play the newest of a series.

Domo! It means 'The Bat' and I earned the nickname when my friends and I were watching a japanese movie titled 'Suicide Club' and they all realized that I looked like the American equivilant to one of the characters, who named herself 'Koomori' in the movie. I don't know if we look too much alike, I think my glasses are off in that picture of me but I had the same style as hers at the time.

Well Urivkhvost is a Russian name, in fact it was his last name. I took on his last name after he left because honestly, I do not believe him to be alive and this was my way of honoring his memory. Although, my first name is Arabic and my middle name is ... weird... so my name is a bit of a cultural clusterfuck with Koomori as a Japanese nickname. lol I guess my ethnicity is all over the place.

It is not my nickname, it's actually my last name. This user name used to belong to a very close friend of mine (like fake brother) and I took it over when he was deported to Russia. I carry on the name simply because no one's heard from him since around Dec. 05.

My nickname, Koomori came from a Japanese movie.
